" <br /> This finding can be made because individual dwellings can <br /> be oriented to take advantage of solar orientation. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project is to divide ten existing lots , comprising <br /> approximately two acres, into 14 single-family residential lots . <br /> The lots are proposed to conform to the C-R (Commercial-Residential ) <br /> zoning district , with a 5 , 700-square-foot minimum lot size. <br /> Public services are proposed to be provided by the Lathrop County <br /> Water District for water and sanitary sewer, County Service Area <br /> No . 4 for storm drainage, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> for electrical power and natural gas. <br /> Fire protection is to be provided by the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> District , with police protection by the San Joaquin Sheriff ' s <br /> Department . The project site is within the Manteca Unified <br /> School District . This subdivision has been filed under the <br /> Vesting Tentative Map provisions of the Planning Title (Section <br /> 9-9114) . Vesting tentative maps are applicable to residential <br /> subdivisions and, once approved, confer a vested right to proceed <br /> with development in compliance with the ordinances, policies, and <br /> standards in effect at the time the application for the vesting <br /> tentative map is deemed complete. <br />
