Item No. 5 <br />PC: 6-6-85 <br />5-84-7 <br />H. The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the <br />County and provide adequate drainage for the improvements <br />(development). The acceptance or approval by the County <br />of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or <br />his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an ade- <br />quate drainage system. <br />I. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br />prescribed in Section 9-1450 of ordinance 2634, as <br />amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent <br />value as defined in said section. <br />J. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 <br />of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided <br />within the subdivision. Fair Oaks Road shall be fully <br />improved on the subdivision side in compliance with County <br />standards. <br />K. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br />of the Local Health District, the Department of Public <br />Works, and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862. <br />L. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br />of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br />M. The County Service Area shall be formed prior to the con- <br />sideration of the Final Map. <br />3. Pacific Gas & Electric: <br />A 10 -foot public utility easement shall be provided along the <br />road frontage of all parcels. <br />4. Banta Carbona Irrigation District: <br />The district's open irrigation lateral adjacent to the sub- <br />division is to be enclosed in a pipeline at the developer's <br />expense. <br />5. Lots #1 and #17 are to have turn -around driveways. <br />* * r <br />
