The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements are <br />not likely to cause serious public health problems: <br />No serious public health problems have been identified as <br />resulting from the proposal. <br />G. The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements <br />will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at <br />large, for access through or use of property within the pro- <br />posed subdivision unless it is found that alternate ease- <br />ments, for access or for use, will be provided and that these <br />will be substantially equivalent to ones previously acquired <br />by the public: <br />No public easements for access through the property have <br />been identified. <br />H. Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are <br />consistent with the General Plan: <br />All improvements will be consistent with County policy and <br />ordinances. Conditions of Approval will ensure General <br />Plan consistency of land and improvements to be dedicated <br />to the County. <br />
