the parties set forth in the Development Agreement and herein contained, the parties <br /> agree as follows: <br /> 1 . Addition to Property. The real property owned by Tracy Industrial <br /> Partners and Safeway Inc., comprised of approximately two hundred four (204) acres <br /> and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached to this Amendment and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference, shall be added to, and included within, the <br /> Property for all purposes of the Development Agreement. <br /> 2. Additional Existing Approvals. The following approvals for the Project <br /> shall be added to, and included within, the Existing Approvals for all purposes of the <br /> Development Agreement: <br /> (a) Special Purpose Plan approved by the County on May 10, 1994. <br /> (b) Business Park Tract Map 2450 approved by the County and <br /> recorded on December 24, 1992. <br /> (c) General Plan Amendment No. GP-00-4 approved by the Board of <br /> Supervisors on September 12, 2000, by Board Resolution No. <br /> (d) Zone Reclassification No. ZR-00-5 approved by the Board of. <br /> Supervisors on September 12, 2000, by Ordinance No. <br /> (e) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-92-57) approved by the County on June <br /> 23, 1992. <br /> (f) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-93-16) approved by the County on April <br /> 23, 1993. <br /> (g) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-94-59) approved by the County on August <br /> 30, 1995. <br /> (h) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-97-32) approved by the County on <br /> September 12, 1997. <br /> (i) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-97-59) approved by the County on <br /> November 21, 1997. <br /> (j) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-99-04) approved by the County on March <br /> 3, 1999. <br /> (k) Lot Line Adjustment (LA-99-52) approved by the County on <br /> October 15, 1999. <br /> 2 <br /> CATEMPTev Agr 2nd Amendl.doc <br />
