Effective Date. This Amendment shall be dated and the obligations of the parties hereunder shall be effective as of the effective date of the Amendment Enacting Ordinance. This Amendment shall be recorded in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.2 of the Development Agreement. 4. No Further Modifications. Except as expressly modified by the terms of this Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Development Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 5 Counterparts.
