Mr. Pollard <br /> said that the amusement park is open very day for walking around and viewing. He added that <br /> the majority of the buildings were ope ed only on weekends. <br /> Mr. Van Buren said that he put a conditi n regarding lighting and asked Mr. Pollard what the <br /> timing would be on the amusement park. Mr. Pollard said that the only time that they would be <br /> opened after dark would be if they might ve a wedding that might go to about 9:00 p.m.. <br /> Mr. Pollard said that they have outdoor lig ing, street lighting, and a lighting system that <br /> operates from the restaurant where you can ti on a light in each building it also turns on street <br /> lights and a couple of lights on poles in the g ebo area that is lit up more than anything else. <br /> Mr. Pollard said that he doesn't intend to be op ed after dark except on a rare occasion. <br /> Mr. Van Buren said that he was planning on hav g the hours of operation condition to read; <br /> from sunrise to sunset. Mr. Pollard said that that ould be adequate. <br /> Mr. Van Buren said that the last major issue he had as regarding enforcement. Mr. Van Buren <br /> asked if Mr. Pollard had read the memo regarding wh t he could and could not use. Mr. Van <br /> Buren said that he also wanted to talk to Mr. Pollard re arding the area of the rear of the <br /> amusement area. Mr. Van Buren said that Mr. Pollard as some buildings back there and some <br /> storage that from a planning stand point it is a legal non- nforming use. Because it is a area on <br /> the General Plan and the zoning is shown as a residential ea so commercial the uses would not <br /> be allowed, but the dead storage is okay. Mr. Van Buren sa that there may be a problem with <br /> Building Division and Environmental Health and Safety. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked Mr. Herzick if he would like to comment the area behind the <br /> amusement park. Mr. Herzick said he had not seen the area and a ed Mr. Darrow if he had <br /> gone back and looked at the area. Mr. Darrow said they just went as as the fence. Mr. <br /> Pollard said that they don't use the interior buildings for people. Mr. Po d said that it is just <br /> used for storage and that it would not be used for any retail business. Mr. Herzick said that it <br /> would be looked at as a not habitable building used by the public. Mr. Herzick said that it would <br /> need to be maintained in safe conditions so no trash, weeds, unsafe wiring and plumbing; <br /> anything like that would be in violation. Mr. Pollard said that it was their contention to have it <br /> kept up. Mr. Van Buren said that there would not be any public access in back area and that the <br /> only access would be the railroad. Mr. Pollard asked if they could have walk around. Mr. Van <br /> Buren said that right now it would not be permitted because it is residential and that it would <br />
