Patterson Pass Business Park from C-FS to I-L. Request to amend the <br /> Special Purpose Plan for a portion of the Patterson Pass Business Park. l <br /> Revisions will include elimination of blended zoning district and General <br /> Plan Amendment and Rezone of approximately 8 acres from Commercial <br /> Freeway Service C/FS)to Limited Industrial (I/L). Located on the <br /> northwest and southwest comers of intersection of Mountain House <br /> Parkway and Schulte Road, west of Tracy. (APN 209-440-10; Address <br /> 25356 S. Schulte Rd., Tracy). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Paul Lang, King & Lyons; were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin said that Public Works has no issues on this item. <br /> Mr. Martin said that he did not see any significant issues regarding the General Plan and the <br /> Rezone. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that Planning Department is looking for a document stating that this is an <br /> amendment to the Special Purpose Plan. <br /> Mr. Martin asked if Mr. Lang had any comments on the memo. Mr. Lang said no. Mr. Lang <br /> asked if he just needed to change the graphics to match the recorded map.
