The zone is conditional. The following conditions apply: <br /> Prior to subsequent applications, the Developer shall: <br /> 1. Identify and mitigate traffic impacts, including those to adjacent 1-5 and 1-580/Patterson <br /> Pass Interchanges and have Caltrans approval on a Project Study Report; and —" <br /> r <br /> 2. Submit an infrastructure plan for provision of water, and wastewater treatment, with <br /> commitments(s) from service providers. <br /> The full application shall include a written agreement with Caltrans for the mitigation of traffic <br /> impacts to state highways. <br /> The full application shall include an agreement with the City of Tracy to provide sewer and <br /> water. The current agreement does not cover this site. <br />
