This <br /> project is located within Sections 20, 21 & 28, Township 2 South, <br /> Range 4 East, M.D.B. & M. , San Joaquin County, California. <br /> The Corps of- Engineers, jurisdiction within .this project area <br /> is under the authority of Section 404 'of• the -Clean Water Act for <br /> the discharge of dredged or fill material into waters of the <br /> United States . Waters of the United States on this project would <br /> include Patterson Run and its associated wetlands (Area C) . <br /> Other waters may include drainages and ponds, other than <br /> irrigation ditches or stock ponds built in uplands .
