Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint investigation at 1705 E Fremont St. Met with store manager,Vanessa Alfaro. Briefed her on the complaint <br /> received by the department.The assistant manager was aware of the incident. She stated that they have pest control services <br /> once every three months, and can call them any time should they require services sooner.Assistant manager stated that they <br /> called the past control service.Assistant manager granted access to the facility. I inspected area dry storage, cold storage, <br /> inside and under cabinets, and dispenser areas. No violations associated with the complaint were identified.
