DC 3-9-77 <br /> Wayne Wood <br /> s-77-8 <br /> 9. Local Health District: <br /> 1. Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance 549: <br /> a. Sewage disposal area on each lot, as determined by perc, test, to <br /> be shown on the final map. <br /> b. Provided the developer retains control on all construction for the <br /> entire subdivision, the minimum sewage disposal area for each lot <br /> will be permitted to be located within five feet of a property line. <br /> c. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot shall be <br /> recorded on the deed for a restriction on land use. <br /> d. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land use aspect <br /> relative to the sewage disposal area be published in the Real Estate <br /> Commissioner's Final Report for the subdivision. The applicant shall <br /> file a waste discharge report to the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board. <br /> 2. Subject to the requirements of Ordinance #1862, including the following: <br /> a. Domestic well sites on each lot are to meet isolation requirements <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance 549. <br /> b. Domestic well sites on each lot are to be shown on the final map. <br /> 10. Entry facing on Watters Road at Frisbee Lane shall meet design standards of <br /> the Planning Department and Public Works Department prior to acceptance of the <br /> final map. <br /> 11. The proposed street shall retain the name of Frisbee Lane and not be changed <br /> to Frisbee Road. The cul-de-sac shall be named. <br /> 12. A Revised Tentative Map shall reflect the above changes, indicate the assigned <br /> Tract number and be submitted to the Planning Department prior to acceptance <br /> of the final map. <br /> 13. Grading Plan approval for each lot by Department of Public Works upon <br /> application of building permit and so noted on the final map. <br /> Mr. Norris absent. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />
