Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 2 . Planning Division: <br /> a. All lots shall have a minimum width of 65 feet , <br /> measured at a distance of 20 feet back from the front <br /> lot line. <br /> b. The revised tentative map shall expire on April 17 , <br /> 1989 . <br />
