The State Department of Health Services, Sanitary <br /> Engineering Branch, shall provide a letter to the <br /> Health District, prior to recording of the Final Map, <br /> certifying water supply for the subdivision. <br /> 3 . Lockeford Community Services District : <br /> Water supplied to lots 207 , 210, and 212 shall be for <br /> domestic use only and for 15 ,000 square feet of <br /> landscaping. <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> The soils report shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> County Building Inspector prior to submission of the <br /> Final Map. At the discretion of the Building Inspector, <br /> the tentative map may be brought back for reconsideration <br /> by the Planning Commission for modification based on soil <br /> problems identified in the soils report . <br /> 5. Planning Division: <br /> a. The property shall annex to the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District prior to acceptance of the final <br /> map. <br /> b. In lieu of the conveyance of park land to the County, <br /> the developer shall pay fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined and specified in the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code. <br /> B. Additional conditions of approval are as follows: <br /> 1 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , <br /> and it shall be approved and a grading permit will be <br /> issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable. <br />
