Item No. <br /> PC : 4-2-87 <br /> SU-86-5 <br /> Page 3 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> i <br /> 1 . All conditions of approval for SU-86-5 required by the <br /> Planning Commission on April 17 , 1986, shall apply, except <br /> for the conditions of approval from the Building Inspection <br /> Division. <br /> 1 2 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit will be issued by <br /> the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any <br /> excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans. <br /> f .
