The Site Map has not been submitted since 1/15/21. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br /> the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br /> States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements. The annual business plan shall be <br /> submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br /> current information. <br /> ............................................................................................................. <br /> 2) OBSERVATION: The site map uploaded on 1/15/21 is not complete. The site map does not show/address the <br /> following required elements: <br /> 1. Emergency response equipment (spill control). <br /> 2. Access and exit points from the adjacent streets and gates. <br /> 3. The hazardous materials storage and handling areas for the car was soap and wax. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Emergency Response/Contingency Plan has not been annually certified/submitted as a part <br /> of the business plan for 2022.
