The Site Map has not been submitted since 1/15/21. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br /> the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br /> States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements. The annual business plan shall be <br /> submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br /> current information. <br /> ............................................................................................................. <br /> 2) OBSERVATION: The Employee Training Plan Section submittal on 1/15/21 is not accurate. The Employee <br /> Training Plan Submittal wrongly indicates the Employee Training Plan is supplied with the Facility Information vs. the <br /> Emergency Response and Training Plans. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, <br /> shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> OBSERVATION: The training program was lacking and insufficient.
