<br />OBSERVATIONS: The right light shield in the fryer exhaust hood was damaged. Replace light shield within 3 days.
<br />Observed leaking in cabinet under customer soda machine. Repair leaking and clean spill Correct within 1 week.
<br />Observed leaking under drive thru soda machine. Repair leaking and clean spill. Correct within 1 week.
<br />Observed ice in walk-in freezer light shield. Clean within 1 week and repair/replace as necssary.
<br />Observed removed top covers for some of the soda machine nozzles at the drive thru soda machine. Per employee they
<br />manually press to discharge soda because sometimes the press handle does not work properly sometimes. Repair soda
<br />machine and install covers so that wires are not exposed. Correct within 2 weeks.
<br />Observed ice accumulation on walk-in freezer compressor pipes. Clean within 2 weeks.
