If <br />there are active discharge hose(s) under drive thru soda machine then they must discharge into the floor sink and a picture(s) <br />of the correction must be emailed to dafonskaia@sjgov.org <br />Observed that food in the hot cabinets were within the 4 hour hold time. <br />Discussed report with Sophia Martinez, manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
