I'd like to report that Paul and I have talked about how to keep these violations from happening in the future. Paul will be hiring Stantec to keep track of the CERS going forward. If you attach me to the emails for violations I can make sure I get him to respond with in the 30 Days. I have provided an electronic copy of the reports to him as well as printed a copy out and placed it in his binder myself.As for bad dates on reports I have updated our list and provided the updated copy to our techs.Also I had him fill out the financial responsibility document to have Stantec submit.
