I copied Vicky on this email, she was the inspector at the last inspection. I just looked at the UST inspection report and it looks like these documents just need to be on site. We don't actually need a copy of them to close the violation, but rather we need a statement from Paul that addresses how these test records are on site. Here's some notes below on each open violation if that will help you relay information to him.The majority of them require statements from him. • 104—update the monitoring plan in the CERS website to the correct leak sensor model number(should be Incon "EIS" not"ELS" for all tanks) • 107—provide a statement addressing how current financial responsibility documents are now maintained on site. It looks like the most current one in CERS has expired as of 1/4/2022 so when he updated CERS with the leak sensor model number, he can update his financial forms at the same time. I attached blank copies of these financial forms in case he needs them. • 115—provide statement to EHD addressing test reports being submitted to EHD within 30 days • 118—provide statement to EHD addressing test reports being submitted to EHD within 30 days • 122—provide statement to EHD addressing submitting corrective actions within 30 days of receiving the inspection report • 203—provide statement to EHD addressing test records for the last 3 years are maintained on site. Since you emailed these to him, he just needs to print these out to make sure they're on site and write a statement about that. • 208—provide statement to EHD addressing DO reports will have the right test dates • 301—provide a statement to EHD how fuel filters in the UDCs will have approved secondary containment.This may need a permit depending on how these will be addressed.
