the Stockton Daily Record, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published and circulated within the.-County of San Joaquin, and <br /> by posting the same on July ll, 1974, and by mailing the same <br /> on July 10, 1974, all as required by law, and all as shown by <br /> the proof of publication and. the certificates of posting and of <br /> mailing now on file with this Board; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing was held on said resolution of <br /> intention for the purpose of hearing protests against having <br /> the cost of maintaining and operating said sanitary sewer system <br /> and appurtenances borne by said MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br /> AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT this 25th day of July, <br /> 1974, at the hour of 1:30 o' clock p.m. ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, evidence, both oral and documentary, was <br /> received and considered, and no objections or protests, either <br /> written or oral, were made pr presented against having the <br /> cost of maintaining and operating said sanitary sewer system <br /> and appurtenances borne by said MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br /> AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, upon consideration of the entire record in this <br /> case, including the evidence, both oral and documentary, sub- <br /> mitted for the proposal to have the cost of maintaining and <br /> operating the sanitary sewer system and appurtenances borne by <br /> said MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTE- <br /> NANCE DISTRICT, this Board has now determined that said MORADA <br /> WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> shall be assessed for the cost of maintaining and operating a <br /> sanitary sewer system and appurtenances; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, that it is <br /> hereby ordered that the cost of maintaining and operating a <br /> sanitary, sewer 'system and appurtenances within the boundaries <br /> of the MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT 'AND STREET LIGHTING <br /> 2 _ <br />
