BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-74-1467 <br /> t <br /> RESOLUTION ENLARGING OPERATIONS OF MORADA WEST PUBLIC <br /> IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT SO AS TO <br /> PROVIDE THAT THE COST OF MAINTAINING. AND OPERATING SANITARY <br /> SEWER SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES SHALL BE BORNE .BY SAID DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Division 7 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code of the State of California (The <br /> Improvement Act of 1911) , a Resolution of Intention to Create <br /> the MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTE- <br /> NANCE DISTRICT was adopted by this Board- of Supervisors on <br /> August 21, 1973, said maintenance district to be assessed to <br /> cover the costs and expenses of maintaining and operating a <br /> storm water drainage system and appurtenances and a street <br /> lighting system; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a hearing duly held on said resolution of <br /> intention as provided by law, this Board of Supervisors did, <br /> on the- 20th day of September, 1973, determine that said MORADA <br /> WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> should be formed and that the boundaries of this District should <br /> be as set forth in said resolution of intention of August 21, <br /> 1973 ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5842 of <br /> the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, this <br /> Board of Supervisors did, on the 18th day of June, 1974, adopt <br /> "Resolution of Intention That the Cost of Maintaining and <br /> Operating Sanitary Sewer System and Appurtenances Shall Be Borne <br /> by Morada West Public Improvement and Street Lighting Mainte- <br /> nance District", and notice of the adoption of said resolution <br /> of intention was duly given by the Clerk of this Board by <br /> causing the same to be published on June 27 and July 4, 1974 in <br /> FILED._�.��..2.5....,.;._ ................... 19. _ <br /> RALPH W.
