BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-74-1467 t RESOLUTION ENLARGING OPERATIONS OF MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE COST OF MAINTAINING. AND OPERATING SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES SHALL BE BORNE .BY SAID DISTRICT WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California (The Improvement Act of 1911) , a Resolution of Intention to Create the MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTE- NANCE DISTRICT was adopted by this Board- of Supervisors on August 21, 1973, said maintenance district to be assessed to cover the costs and expenses of maintaining and operating a storm water drainage system and appurtenances and a street lighting system; and, WHEREAS, after a hearing duly held on said resolution of intention as provided by law, this Board of Supervisors did, on the- 20th day of September, 1973, determine that said MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT should be formed and that the boundaries of this District should be as set forth in said resolution of intention of August 21, 1973 ; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5842 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, this Board of Supervisors did, on the 18th day of June, 1974, adopt "Resolution of Intention That the Cost of Maintaining and Operating Sanitary Sewer System and Appurtenances Shall Be Borne by Morada West Public Improvement and Street Lighting Mainte- nance District", and notice of the adoption of said resolution of intention was duly given by the Clerk of this Board by causing the same to be published on June 27 and July 4, 1974 in FILED._�.��..2.5....,.;._ ................... 19. _ RALPH W.
