BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-73-1957 RESOLUTION FORMING THE MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California (The Improvement Act of 1911), a Resolution of Intention to Create the Morada West Public Improvement and Street Lighting Main- tenance District was adopted by this Board of Supervisors on August 21, 1973, and notice of the adoption of said resolution of intention was duly given by the Clerk of this Board by causing the same to be published on August 28 and September 4, 1973 in the Stockton Daily Record, a newspaper of general cir- culation published and circulated within the County of San Joaquin, and by posting the same on September 6, 1973 and by mailing the same on September 5, 1973, all as required by law, and all as shown by the proof of publication and the certificates of posting and of mailing now on file with this Board; and, WHEREAS, a hearing was held on said resolution of intention for the purpose of hearing protests against the for- mation of said maintenance district or to the extent thereof, or both, this 20th day of September, 1973, at 2:30 o'clock p.m.; and, WHEREAS, evidence, both oral and documentary, in favor of the formation of said proposed maintenance district was received, and objections and protests, both written and oral, were filed and made against the formation of said proposed maintenance district and the extent thereof, and, upon consid- eration of the same, including the objections and protests, both written and oral, ENDORSED FILED ....
