Morada West Public Improvement and Street Lighting Maintenance <br />District should be formed and that the boundaries of said Dis- <br />trict should be as set forth in the resolution of intention <br />adopted August 21, 1973; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That all objections and protests, both written and <br />oral, are hereby overruled and denied. <br />2. That a maintenance district is hereby formed to be <br />entitled "MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT" referred to in Resolution R-73-1782 <br />adopted August 21, 1973, and that the expenses of maintaining <br />and operating a storm water drainage system and appurtenances <br />and a street lighting system are to be assessed wholly upon the <br />lands lying within the district benefited by said improvements, <br />which is the district hereby determined that will be benefited <br />by said improvements, pursuant to Division 7 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code. Said expenses of maintenance and operation are <br />to include the necessary repairs, replacements, fuel, power, <br />electrical current, care, supervision, and any and all other <br />items necessary for the proper maintenance and operation of a <br />storm water drainage system and appurtenances and a street <br />lighting system, and such other improvements as may be con- <br />structed to serve the area to be included within said mainte- <br />nance district. <br />3. The Board of Supervisors shall hereafter maintain <br />and operate said improvements in the manner provided in said <br />County Maintenance District Law (Division 7, Part 3, Chapter <br />26, Streets and Highways Code), and shall in each year, prior <br />to the time of fixing the County tax rate, estimate the cost of <br />maintaining and operating the said improvements during the <br />ensuing year, and decide whether or not the cost of the same <br />shall be borne wholly or partially by the maintenance district, <br />- 2 - <br />
