Morada West Public Improvement and Street Lighting Maintenance District should be formed and that the boundaries of said Dis- trict should be as set forth in the resolution of intention adopted August 21, 1973; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That all objections and protests, both written and oral, are hereby overruled and denied. 2. That a maintenance district is hereby formed to be entitled "MORADA WEST PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT" referred to in Resolution R-73-1782 adopted August 21, 1973, and that the expenses of maintaining and operating a storm water drainage system and appurtenances and a street lighting system are to be assessed wholly upon the lands lying within the district benefited by said improvements, which is the district hereby determined that will be benefited by said improvements, pursuant to Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code. Said expenses of maintenance and operation are to include the necessary repairs, replacements, fuel, power, electrical current, care, supervision, and any and all other items necessary for the proper maintenance and operation of a storm water drainage system and appurtenances and a street lighting system, and such other improvements as may be con- structed to serve the area to be included within said mainte- nance district. 3. The Board of Supervisors shall hereafter maintain and operate said improvements in the manner provided in said County Maintenance District Law (Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 26, Streets and Highways Code), and shall in each year, prior to the time of fixing the County tax rate, estimate the cost of maintaining and operating the said improvements during the ensuing year, and decide whether or not the cost of the same shall be borne wholly or partially by the maintenance district, - 2 -
