The discharge shall remain underground at all times. <br /> 4. The dry weather flow shall not exceed a total of 30,000 gallons per day. <br /> 5. The discharge shall not cause degradation of any water supply. <br /> B. Prohibition <br /> The direct discharge of wastes to surface waters or surface water drainage <br /> courses is prohibited. <br /> C. Provisions <br /> 1. The Morada West Subdivision, San Joaquin County Utility Maintenance Dis- <br /> trict, shall comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 74_329 <br /> and the General Provisions for Monitoring and Reporting as specified by <br /> the Executive Officer. <br /> 2. Compliance with mean values will be established by analyses of repre- <br /> sentative sample results over the most recent quarterly period. <br /> 3e The Board will review this order periodically and may revise the require- <br /> ments when necessary. <br /> 4. In the event of any change in control or ownership of this treatment and <br /> disposal system, the discharger shall notify this Board of such change and <br /> notify the succeeding owner or operator of the existence of this order, <br /> I, JAMES A.
