"
- Lodi School District
- Woodbridge Fire District
- Woodbridge Irrigation District
- Woodbridge Sanitary District
- City Of Lodi
Delta College
- Fire Warden
- Southern Pacific Railroad
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
- The proposal is for 128 residential units with individual detached,
clustered, and multi-unit structures.
- A system of internal walkways is proposed. This will eliminate the need
for sidewalks.
- Off-street parking is proposed. County Standard is two (2) spaces for
each unit . Excluding on-street parking and providing an independent
walkway system will allow roadway width to be reduced to 24 ' -- two twelve
foot travelled lanes.
- The project adjoins the Mokelumne River floodplain. Building pads must
be engineered to provide 1.2" elevation above the 100 year `food.
- Drainage is to be carried to the Mokelumne Ricer. The collection con-
veyance system should be checked by the Department of Public Works to
ensure compliance with County Standards.
- A homeowners ' association must be established to r?rovide for maintenance
of the proposed improvements.
- Special provision will have to be made for access by emergency vehicles,
fire, police, ambulance, etc.
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION
- On March 25 , 1981 the Development Committee reviewed the proposal as to its
conformance with the statutes of the State and the Ordinances of the
County.
