A County Service Area or Mutual Water Company shall be formed to <br /> provide a public water system and public sewer system in conformance <br /> with the requirements of Department of Public Works and Local Health <br /> District prior to the acceptance of the Final Map. <br /> 7 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, and all other public <br /> utilities. The provisions of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as <br /> amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 8. Access to State Highway Route 12 shall conform to State requirements. <br /> 9. The Final Map shall noteand clearly delineate any area subject to an <br /> Intermediate Regional Flood (100 year flood) or other flood hazard. <br /> All development within the subdivision shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of the San Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining Zones (Title 9, <br /> Division 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin County Ordinance Code) . All <br /> coaches shall be tied down as required by the flood zone. Expansions <br /> of the sewer and water systems shall have protection from an <br /> Intermediate Regional Flood. All three wastewater ponds shall be <br /> protected by levees having a crown elevation of 9 ' N .G.V.D. <br /> 10. This map is approved for eighteen (18) months. <br /> 11. Parcel 4 is to be merged with Assessor ' s Parcel Number 055-030-06 <br /> as soon as the map is recorded. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> - Ratify the Negative Declaration. <br /> - Recommend to the Board of Supervisors that the project be approved <br /> subject to conditions as recommended by the Development Committee. <br />
