This analytical shows this to be non-hazardous <br />Attached also is analytical for Owens Brockway Cullett. This we clean out with a vacuum unit a "Hurricane". <br />This material may be more concentrated than the water and we have analytical on the metals to ensure it is still <br />non-haz. this analytical is attached. <br />We perform equipment maintenance on this machine and the material in the filters is placed into cubic yard <br />boxes and shipped off- site. <br />On rare occasions we have had a need to rinse an empty tanker. These tankers are empty by definition in 40 <br />CFR that it holds less than 0.3% by weight and the management is regulated under 22 CCR §66261.7 (p) <br />This states the residual remaining in a bulk container that held hazardous waste is not hazardous waste <br />I hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions <br />1
