Soil Suitability / Nitrate Loading Study <br />Buddhist Temple Proposed Dormitory • Stockton, California <br />July 11,2019 • Terracon Project No. NA177056 <br />lrerracon <br />According to the San Joaquin County District Viewer the site is currently zoned AG-40. According <br />to the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Terminous (1997) and Lodi South (1976) <br />California Quadrangle topographic maps, the elevation of the site is between approximately 10 to <br />15 feet above mean sea level with a topographic gradient generally sloping towards the west. <br />The adjoining land is relatively flat. <br />1.1.2 Proposed Development <br />Based on a review of the SJC letter of conditions, the site is proposed to be developed with a <br />4,183 square foot (SF) dormitory building, two 400 SF storage containers, and three temporary <br />tents totaling 4,420 SF. Based on a review of the information provided by Mr. Miraflor, the <br />proposed 4,183 SF dormitory building will consist of twelve bedrooms, seven restrooms, kitchen, <br />dining room, and fellowship hall. <br />1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br />Properties to the adjoining north and west consist of a agricultural land/grape vineyard (11249 N. <br />Thornton Road). Thornton Road abuts the site to the east followed by agricultural land/row crops <br />to the east (address unknown) and southeast (11213 N. Davis Road). Properties to the adjoining <br />south consist of agricultural land/vineyard and building (3749 E. Eight Mile Road).
