Detached restroom connected to assembly hall <br />via a breezeway. <br />Based on a review of the historical information, the site consisted of undeveloped land and/or <br />agricultural land from the 1890s through 1910, was developed with a residence/rural structures <br />near the eastern or northeastern portion from the 1930s to 1940s, consisted of vacant and/or <br />agricultural land in the 1950s, and was developed with two residential buildings by the 1960s. By <br />the early 1990s, the existing residence and two buildings were developed. The assembly hall <br />and retention pond were modified and developed between 2004, 2008, and 2014. Copies of <br />selected documents are included in Appendix C. <br />Refer to Section 1.4.2 for further discussion regarding the historical information. <br />1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br />1.3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br />The site is developed with two septic systems which service the existing residence and assembly <br />hall and detached restroom. <br />1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History <br />The following permits were available on the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) website for the site addresses of 11241, 11253, and 11265 N.
