R-77-1455 <br />4. A three-way drainage agreement between the developer, <br />the County, the Irrigation District shall be obtained prior <br />to acceptance of the final subdivision map. <br />5. Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance No. 549, including the following: <br />a. Se=wage disposal areas on each lot as determined by <br />percolation tests, are to be shown on the final map. <br />b. Provided the Developer retains control of all <br />construction for the entire Subdivision, the minimum <br />sewage disposal area for each lot will be permitted to <br />be located within five feet (5') of a property line with <br />the exception of Lots 1, 20 and 29. The septic tanks <br />and minimum sewage disposal areas on Lots 1 and 29 shall <br />be located at least one hundred feet (100') minimum <br />lateral distance from the public water well on Lot A; <br />the septic tank and minimum sewage disposal area on Lot <br />20 shall be located at least one hundred feet (1001) <br />minimum lateral distance from the public water well on <br />Lot B. <br />C. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each <br />lot shall be recorded on the deed as a restriction on <br />land use. <br />d. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the <br />land use aspect relative to the sewage disposal area <br />be published in the Real Estate Commissioner's Final <br />Report for the Subdivision. <br />e. The Developer shall file a Waste Discharge Report- <br />with <br />eport <br />with the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br />Valley Region. <br />Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance No. 1862, including the following: <br />The public water wells to be constructed in Lots <br />A and B, including the distribution system, shall <br />meet the requirements of the San Joaquin Local <br />Health District and San Toaquin County Public <br />Works Department. <br />
