A minimum sewage <br /> disposal area determined by the percolation tests is to be <br /> set aside for each lot on the improvement plan. <br /> 3 . Tracy Public Schools: <br /> Development must be accompanied either by execution of <br /> agreement to pay school facility impact fees or payment of a <br /> school facility bedroom tax. <br />
