All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. <br /> b. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior <br /> to approval of the Final Map. <br /> c . If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall exe- <br /> cute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin ensuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year after <br /> filing the Final Map. <br /> d. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas <br /> and Eelctric Company and any other public utility companies . <br /> e. All utilities serving this development shall be underground <br /> within the development and along its frontage. <br /> f . The drainage system shall meet the current requirements of <br /> the County and provide adequate drainage for the improve- <br /> ments (development ) . The acceptance or approval by the <br /> County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer <br /> (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an ade- <br /> quate drainage system. <br /> g. A Preliminary Soil Report , as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br /> of Ordinance No . 2634 , as amended, shall be required. <br /> h.
