Item No. 8 <br />PCs 6-7-79 <br />S-79-6 <br />Page 4 <br />12) A stub street shall be provided to the south to serve Lots 8 and <br />9 and the McLean property. <br />13) Lot 14 shall be lettered and be used for storm drainage purposes <br />only. <br />14) All lots shall be required to connect to sewer service when it <br />becomes available. This condition shall be noted and recorded <br />as a restriction on the deeds of conveyance on each of the lots <br />within the subdivision. <br />15) Lot 7 shall be joined to the property to the east. It shall not <br />be separate building site. A Parcel Map for a lot line adjustment <br />shall be recorded before the final subdivision map is recorded. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS <br />- Ratify the Negative Declaration and approve the project subject to the <br />conditions recommended by the Development Committee with the following <br />findings of fact. <br />- The proposed density reasonably conforms to the general <br />plan density when the existing street and awkward parcel <br />configuration are taken into account. <br />- This coject will not have a significant effect an the <br />envie ,nment. <br />
