Flood proofing <br />or a floor level raised one foot above the flood elevation is <br />advisable at the time of development and will be required after <br />the maps are adopted in their final form. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: <br />An Initial Study was prepared on this project, and no significant <br />impacts were identified. Based on the Initial Study, a Negative <br />Declaration has been prepared. <br />
