The tank forms incorrectly list the overfill prevention method as audio-visual and ball floats. The site <br /> switched to flapper shut-off valves in February 2022. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 107 HSC 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility <br /> documents. <br /> OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site.
