Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil filters or fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Container of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site. One 55 gallons drum labeled " Drained Used Oil and Gas Filters"has accumulation start date as of <br /> 1/9/2019.The waste has been onsite for longer than a year. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br /> California Health&Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater than one year. Used filters not stored, <br /> handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended <br /> and replaces the initial report. The inspection report was amended to remove violations 101, 108, 110, and 111. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> Notes: <br /> Waste generated at this site is consolidated during shipment with the adjacent site/Municipal Utilities at 2500 <br /> Navy Drive, Stockton. The site has been using the Municipal Utilities EPA ID number(CAL000039581) in the <br /> manifests. The EPA ID number is inactive since 6/30/2021. <br /> The listed Cal EPA ID number for this location in CERS and in the DTSC website is CAL000290827.
