Since the Hazardous Waste generated <br /> at this site is consolidated during shipment with the adjacent site/Municipal Utilities at 2500 Navy Drive, Stockton, <br /> facility were unable to identify which manifests#s are for this site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste generators are required to send a copy of the generator signed <br /> UHWM to DTSC by mail.The only exception is when an UHWM starts and finishes as an electronic manifest in the <br /> e-Manifest System. The generator shall within 30 days of each shipment of hazardous waste submit to DTSC a <br /> legible copy of each manifest used.The mailing address is: DTSC Generator Manifests, Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control, P.O. Box 400, Sacramento, CA 95812-0400. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately mail a copy of the listed UHWMs and ensure that copies of all generator <br /> signed UHWMs are sent to DTSC within 30 days of shipping the hazardous waste. Also provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: The listed Cal EPA ID number in CERS is CAL000290827.This number is linked to a different <br /> City if Stockton site located at 3307 West Ln#4, Stockton, CA 95204. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report the accurate information to CERS business activities. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 505 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tank storing Used Oil does not have complete labeling. The start <br /> accumulation date on the label is illegible. Facility could not verify the date on the label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and <br /> the accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tanks with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date.
