Item No. 13 <br /> P/C 3-17-77 <br /> 5-77-10/PUD-77-2/EIR-77-18 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 7) Lots fronting on Bird Road must have access either from a <br /> circular drive or with adequate approved back up space to <br /> permit turn-a-round and to prevent back up onto the public <br /> right of way. <br /> 8) There shall be no direct access onto State Route 205. <br /> 9) Provision of storm water drainage shall comply with standards <br /> and requirements of the Department of Public Works as per <br /> Board of Supervisors Resolution B-76-4201 prior to considera- <br /> tion of the Final Map. <br /> 10) Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 549, including the following : <br /> a. Sewage disposal areas on each lot, as determined by <br /> percolation tests, are to be shown on the final map. <br /> b. Provided the Developer retains control of all construc- <br /> tion for the entire Subdivision, the minimum sewage <br /> disposal area for each lot will be permitted to be <br /> located within five feet (5 ' ) of a property line. <br /> C. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each <br /> lot shall be recorded on the deed as a restriction <br /> on land use. <br /> d. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the <br /> land use aspect relative to the sewage disposal area <br /> be published in the Real Estate Commissioner' s Final <br /> Report for the Subdivision. <br /> 11) Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 1862, including the following : <br /> a. Domestic well sites on each lot are to meet the isola- <br /> tion requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. <br /> b. Domestic well sites on each lot are to be shown on the <br /> final map. <br /> c. A concrete annular seal shall be a part of the con- <br /> struction of each individual domestic well. <br /> 12) Proposed individual site plans and elevations may be altered <br /> with Planning Department approval. <br />
