OAKWOOD LAKE WAFER DISTRICT <br /> P.O. BOX 77980 <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95267 <br /> (209) 239-2481 <br /> A Water Plan of Service identifying design criteria, interties to the District's existing infrastructure <br /> and impact of the Project on existing District infrastructure will be prepared by the District at the <br /> Applicant's cost. On-site water infrastructure improvement plans shall be prepared by the <br /> Applicant in accordance with District standards and are subject to the District's review and <br /> approval. On-site construction of water facilities serving only the Applicant's property is the <br /> Applicant's responsibility and shall be subject to inspection, approval and acceptance by the <br /> District. The Applicant shall obtain a District Facilities Construction Permit for the installation of <br /> the on-site facilities and for all interties to District facilities. All off-site water infrastructure <br /> improvement plans and all plans for water facilities serving more than the Applicant's property <br /> (all pumping stations, storage facilities, and mechanical /electrical equipment shall be <br /> considered to be off site facilities for the purpose of this will serve letter) will be prepared by the <br /> District at the Applicant's cost. Construction of off-site water facilities will be accomplished by the <br /> District at the Applicant's cost. The Applicant shall bear all costs, including but not limited to the <br /> financing, permitting, environmental review, planning, designing, and constructing water <br /> facilities. The Applicant shall pay all applicable capacity fees. Any existing water facilities on the <br /> Property that will not be incorporated into the Project as determined by the Plan of Service shall <br /> be abandoned in accordance with the Plan of Service at the Applicant's cost. <br /> Wastewater Service <br /> The District is willing to serve the subject Project and Property with Wastewater Service based <br /> normal use and on the proposed land use and in conformance with applicable District, local, <br /> county, state, and federal guidelines and requirements.Wastewater Service to the Project and <br /> Property shall also be in accordance with applicable City of Manteca wastewater service <br /> requirements. <br /> A Wastewater Plan of Service identifying design criteria, interties to the District's existing <br /> infrastructure and impact of the Project on existing District infrastructure will be prepared by the <br /> District at the Applicant's cost.
