OAKWOOD LAKE WATER DISTRICT <br /> P.O. PDX 77980 <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95267 <br /> (209) 239-2481 <br /> Storm Drainage Service <br /> The District is willing to serve the subject Project and Property with Storm Drainage service <br /> based normal use and on the proposed land use and in conformance with applicable District, <br /> local, county, state and federal guidelines and requirements. <br /> A Storm Drainage Plan of Service identifying design criteria, interties to the District's existing <br /> infrastructure and impact of the Project on existing District infrastructure will be prepared by the <br /> District at the Applicant's cost. The Storm Drainage Plan of Services will include an update to the <br /> study of November 8, 2010 entitled "Evaluation of Water Elevations in Oakwood Lake" prepared <br /> by Kleinfelder examining the impact of the additional storm drainage volumes to the water <br /> elevations in the two existing Oakwood Shores Lakes. On-site storm drainage infrastructure <br /> improvement plans shall be prepared by the Applicant in accordance with District standards and <br /> are subject to the District's review and approval. On-site construction of storm drainage facilities <br /> serving only the Applicant's property is the Applicant's responsibility and shall be subject to <br /> inspection, approval and acceptance by the District. The Applicant shall obtain a District <br /> Facilities Construction Permit for the installation of the on-site facilities and for all interties to <br /> District facilities. All off-site storm drainage infrastructure improvement plans and all plans for <br /> storm drainage facilities serving more than the Applicant's property (all pumping stations, <br /> storage facilities, and mechanical /electrical equipment shall be considered to be off site <br /> facilities for the purpose of this will serve letter) will be prepared by the District at the Applicant's <br /> cost. Construction of off-site storm drainage facilities will be accomplished by the District at the <br /> Applicant's cost. The Applicant shall bear all costs, including but not limited to the financing, <br /> permitting, environmental review, planning, designing, and constructing storm drainage facilities. <br /> The Applicant shall pay all applicable capacity fees. Any existing storm drainage facilities on the <br /> Property that will not be incorporated into the Project as determined by the Plan of Service shall <br /> be abandoned in accordance with the Plan of Service at the Applicant's cost. <br /> Communication Facilities <br /> The Applicant shall incorporate buried fiber optic communication corridors and facilities into the <br /> Plans of Service and the design and the improvement plans for the Project. The Applicant shall <br /> install conduit and conductors through the Project and to all on-site water, wastewater, and <br /> storm drain facilities in accordance with District standards. When required communication facility <br /> corridors are not on District owned property, the Applicant shall acquire appropriate off site fiber <br /> optic corridors as determined by the District. The Applicant shall design and install conduit and <br /> conductors to tie into the existing or planned District fiber optic network at no cost to the District. <br /> The Applicant shall bear all costs, including but not limited to the financing, permitting, <br /> environmental review, planning, designing, and constructing communication facilities. <br /> Real Property <br /> The Applicant shall acquire and irrevocably offer to dedicate or shall cause the owner of the <br /> Property (or the owner of any offsite property on or through which water, wastewater, storm <br /> drainage or communication facilities are to be located) to irrevocably offer to dedicate all <br />
