AC Title 14 CCR 17414 - Record Keeping - Reviewed the random load inspection records, special occurences logs, <br />tonnage records and found them complete and within permit limits. The traffic volume records were <br />available for review up to the month of September. <br />Notes: <br />a. Keep all records up to date and make them available for inspection. <br />A. The facility is continuing to install a new recycling line; a site improvement discussed in the Report of <br />Facility Information amendment #3 that was approved on November 6, 2006. <br />B. New sign posted at the primary entrance of the site indicating operator's phone number. (previous AC <br />cleared). <br />C. Rodent bait present in all rodent traps (previous AC cleared). <br />
