0 GIMP 9 <br />Summary <br />Tracy Material Recovery and Solid Waste Transfer, Inc. is committed to <br />observing the conditions outlined in this Odor Impact Minimization Plan. As such, <br />management will oversee all operations to insure compliance. <br />This plan may be revised as necessary to achieve its overall goals. All changes <br />will be submitted to the LEA within 30 days of the change. <br />This plan will be reviewed annually by the General Manager, or his or her <br />designee, to determine if any revisions are necessary. <br />
