I hope to get your <br />comments this week, so that I can officially submit the CUP Application in early December 2007. Plus, the CUP <br />fee final amount will be needed in order to get a check from Tracy MRF/TS. <br />The County Environmental Health Department had the following comments, in which will need to be addressed: <br />1. Long-term Land Use issues <br />2. Odors <br />1. Engineer Inert Pad <br />locations <br />2. Dust <br />1. Hours of operation <br />2. Outgoing Loads <br />3. Grinder <br />4. Commodity Storage <br />5. Safety <br />CEQA should address the 2020 General Plan on Land Use <br />The odors on adjacent land uses wil need to be address in CEQA <br />Plus, odors from the retention pond needs to be addressed in <br />the Odor Plan <br />Need location and specifications.
