A binder with all attendant information was FED-EXed out today to your office for review prior to your meeting. The CUP Project Description is substantially complete, as we followed the Waste Board CEQA punch list and placed the operations plan into the RFI Format. We front loaded a lot of information to have a complete package for the CEQA analysis. The composting facility is staying the same size and tonnage, but plans to take food waste and use Ag -bag technology. A RCSI with an OIMP has been prepared. The mixed C&D facility will be moved to the top deck south of the MRF, with a proposed pick -line, where the project description is in a Waste Board CDI Facility Report. We also want to talk about the tomato mud land application entitlement and make them active for agricultural waste that can be cattle feed. We meet wit the County Planning at their office last month, and in the field last week, and have gathered there viewpoint. We look forward to your comments to complete the CUP pre -application package this month, for the official submittal to County Planning before December 2007.
