A Five -Year Review Report <br />pursuant to Section 21675 of the California Code of Regulations was prepared by <br />Local Enforcement Agency in February, 2002, and again in March 2007, defining <br />no changes to existing operations and without considering the expansion <br />proposed herein. <br />Expansion Plans: <br />The conditional use permit (CUP) is being revised, and the Solid Waste Facility <br />Permit is being revised to accept food waste in the covered aerated static pile <br />technology, with an upcoming CEQA review. <br />Material Type: <br />The compost operation currently receives the following feedstocks: <br />■ Green waste <br />■ Yard trimmings <br />■ Plant wastes <br />■ Plant waste from agricultural sources such as orchards and crop residues <br />■ Cannery waste <br />Site Operations: <br />The TMRF/TS & CF uses the following composting method — identified by their <br />respective technology application section from the Report of Composting Site <br />Information (RCSI) for the associated feedstocks: <br />4 <br />
