The following schedule is proposed: <br />November 17, 2011 CUP approved and CEQA document certified <br />December 15, 2011 Submit SWFP Revision Application Package <br />January 15, 2012 LEA determines if application package is "complete and <br />correct". <br />March 2012 LEA Informational meeting on SWFP Revision <br />March 7, 2012 LEA Permit Review is due <br />March 15, 2012 LEA submit proposed SWFP Revision to CalRecycle <br />May 15, 2012 CalRecycle concurs with SWFP Revision <br />If an SWFP Review application is needed for the administrative record, can we use the <br />same application package that is being proposed for the SWFP Revision on December <br />15, 2012? This would provide the LEA the time to review the SWFP Revision <br />application package for "complete and correct" and would validate that the SWFP <br />Revision is needed and is underway. The LEA would still have until March 7, 2012 to <br />state that a SWFP Revision is needed. <br />I look forward to working with you and your staff.
