We have submitted a septic "fill" plan to your department for review. The intention is
for the "fill" to be built and subsequent pot -holing, compaction testing and percolation
testing will provide information for the septic design, which will have an "as -built"
topographic survey completed for the new "fill".
2. We will then submit a "full-blown" septic system design for an intermittent sand filter
to at -grade design with all the required pump(s) specifications and details needed.
3. This two-stage design procedure is needed (per our work in Amador County)
because the "fill" may not look exactly as shown on the plan, and percolation testing
determines final septic design parameters.
In conclusion, I hope this narrative helps you to "free -up" the permit to build "stage -one"
septic fill design. The client would like to start this septic system construction process as
soon as possible. If you have any questions, please call.
Very ly yours, 7_ r
Jeff .
