Include the testing of HOA, automatic float operations, <br />thermal protection, controller programming to motor <br />specifications, control circuits, alarm sequences, and other <br />ancillary systems used to satisfy the design intent. <br /> <br />14‐2 PRODUCTS <br />14‐2.01 MATERIALS <br />A. Electrical contractor to provide complete Type 4X outdoor fiberglass duplex <br />motor starter and alarm panel with dead‐front and compatible with supplied <br />motor (Liberty LSG202M, 2HP, 240V, 1PH, FVNR). Provide power feeder and <br />accessory wiring to panel, conduit, boxes, terminal block, control fuse, gfci <br />outlet, accessories and programming as required to make a fully functional <br />system as described in project written specifications, project plans, and per the <br />manufacturer’s installation instructions, manuals, and as documented on their <br />official internet website. <br /> <br />B. Enclosure shall be lockable. <br /> <br />C. Duplex receptacle manufactured by Hubbell and rated GFCI 20A 125V 1P3W 5‐ <br />20R. <br /> <br />D. Alarm light and audible horn with reset switch. <br /> <br />E. Front door phenolic nameplates describing device operation, specifications, and <br />source location and size. <br /> <br />14‐3 EXECUTION <br />14‐3.01 SITE EXAMINATION <br /> <br />A. Locate pump panel mounting location in accordance with approved project <br />plans and in compliance with local building codes and the authority having <br />jurisdiction. <br /> <br />14‐3.02 INSTALLATION <br /> <br />B. Install pump panel in accordance with the safety regulations and the <br />manufacturer’s product literature and UL installation instructions, current at <br />the time of installation. Coordinate locations of operators and control devices <br />with contract drawings; other trades and shop drawings. <br /> <br />C. Installer shall ensure that the electrical service to the panel is at least 60Amps <br />at the specified voltage and phases. Perform load testing on existing Panel B. <br />Electrical wiring to conform to NEC and manufacturer’s installation <br />instructions.
