We will proceed with the formulation of waste discharge require- <br />ments and the recommendation for their adoption by the Board at its regular <br />meeting in September 1986. <br />Your discharge location is in the same section where the City of Lodi discharges <br />to. Furthermore, we and the Environmental Protection Agency have classified the <br />City of Lodi's discharge as a major discharge. Therefore, your discharge <br />requirements will be similar to Lodi's requirements.
